Have you ever been last to say “not it”? That’s what nose goes is. I don’t know if everyone will understand… So I thought I would post that info right here.

There is something everyone in the room doesn’t want to do, but isn’t saying anything about. As soon as someone mentions it, like “who will take out the trash?” someone will initiate “nose goes” by saying “nose goes” and then everyone who hears in must place a finger on their nose, last to touch their nose or whoever doesn’t touch their nose, must now do the unwanted task, in this case, take the trash out.
